Entry at 8+

Year 4 · September 2027

The main entry point to the Prep School. In the year before entry, boys attend a formal assessment morning in November or February.

  • Registration: From birth (£100 fee)
  • Confirmation of Intention form: August before the assessment year
  • Pre-prep assessment mornings: October and February

7+

Year 3 · September 2027

  • Registration: From birth (£100 fee)
  • Confirmation of Intention form: August before the assessment year
  • Assessment mornings: October and February

8+

Year 4 · September 2027

  • Registration: From birth (£100 fee)
  • Confirmation of Intention form: August before the assessment year
  • Formal assessment mornings: November and February
  • New Pupils’ Orientation Day: June before entry

9+

Year 5+ · Occasional places

  • Registration: Contact the Registrar about availability
  • Assessment: Computer-based CAT, creative writing and chat
